Is your cleaning service licensed and insured?

Feels Better Maid Service is licensed and registered in the State of California. We are insured and can provide certificate of insurance upon request.

Where is your cleaning service located?

Feels Better Maid Service is locally owned and operated in Menifee, California.

How does your pricing work?

Our flat-rate pricing is based on the size of your home and the type of cleaning. You can get a quick online estimate or call us to schedule an in-home walkthrough for an exact quote.

What days and times are available for cleaning?

We clean Monday through Saturday, with typical arrival times between 8:00–9:00 AM or 12:30–1:30 PM.

How do I pay for the service?

Payment is expected on the same day the service is completed. You can pay with cash, check, Zelle (no fee), or credit card (plus 3% processing fee). Business clients are invoiced and may pay according to their payment schedule.

How many cleaners will come to my home?

For one-time or first-time cleanings, we typically send 2–3 cleaners. For recurring services, we usually send 2 cleaners and try to have the same team each time to ensure consistency.

Are your cleaners employees?

Yes, our cleaning team are direct employees of Feels Better Maid Service.
